ANSA Workshop: Journal Writing and Publication

Tuesday May 21

Publishing is vital to future careers in academia – it enables communication between scholars and increases visibility of you and your research – and as HDRs we are encouraged to start publishing during our candidature. However what this process looks like and how to even start writing for publication can be daunting!

Workshops on publishing are one of the most requested topics for ANSA workshops – so join us to demystify the publication process! We will be joined by Associate Professor Jaap Timmer from Macquarie University and co-editor of The Australian Journal of Anthropology and Dr Benjamin Hegarty, Senior Research Associate at the University of New South Wales and member of multiple journal boards, to cover the ins-and-outs of academic publication.

We’d love to see you there!
